Fee Schedule

1. Tuition Fees must be paid for the full academic year, i.e. for 12 months, irrespective of the date and month of admission. The academic year starts on 1st April and ends on 31st March.
2. School Transport facility is for the existing routes only. Parents/Guardians should, however, ascertain the transport facility for their places of residence prior to seeking admission of their wards.
3. Conveyance charges for bus facility are paid for 11 months, i.e. from April to March next year except for the month of June. Discontinuance of Transport Service once availed shall not be permissible. One- side transportation is also not permissible.
4. Tuition Fees and Conveyance Charges shall be paid for the full month irrespective of the date of admission in that month.
5. The school shall, not refund admission Fees, Tuition Fees, and Conveyance Charges or any other charges once deposited.
6. Fees and Conveyance Charges, etc., shall be deposited by the parent(s)/ guardian(s) of the students personally through Cheque/DD well in time.
7. In case a cheque gets bounced, the defaulter will have to pay a penalty of Rs 500/- and in future, they have to pay the fee through DD Pay order only.
8. Students will not be allowed to appear in any of the examinations until the clearance of all the dues.
9. Fees and other charges once paid are not refundable.
10. Fee if paid through cheque, post dated local A/c Payee’s cheque’s should be submitted latest by 13th of the due month of installment drawn in favour of “Greenfields Public School, Chander Nagar”
11. Late fee will be charged from date 15th onward of the due month as per norms of the school.
12. If the fee is not paid by the end of the month of block installment, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.
13. Re-admission fee of Rs 500/- is charged in addition to regular fee and late fee fine. Re-admission in subject to the discretion of the Principal.
14. All the fees are payable for a full period of 12 months irrespective of the date/month of admission, at the specified rates as per schedule of fees and mode of payment.
15. Fee has to be paid in installments,
16. In case a cheque bounces, a fine of Rs.200/- will be charged besides all the dues,
17. Fee counter remains open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., from Monday to Saturday on all the working days including summer vacation and winter vacation except gazetted holidays.

Fees to be Deposited Quarterly

• I Quarter : (April May June) till 15th April
• II Quarter (Jul Aug Sep) till 15th July
• III Quarter (Oct Nov Dec) till 15th October
• IV Quarter (Jan Feb March) till 15th January
