The award shield is a recognizable symbol, which reflects the school campus, the legacy left to us, respect for honor, tradition and community service of the School and consistent alignment strengthens its influence. The School’s relationship with the shield and the Greenfields Public School Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh name are locked up in the primary logo. The motto Legacy continues to inspire excellence motivates our way to make our students extraordinary from ordinary. The round curve around the shield emphasizes the all round development physical, mental, social, moral and aesthetical of every bud we have.
The elements within the shield have significance and meaning.
The images of two children - One Boy and one Girl symbolize the ingress to the school where they are polished to reach new heights and excellence. They also indicate the school is a co-educational institution.
The hands that help to hold the award shield i.e. the School campus is associated with aspiration, authority, dignity, creation, and skills, the management has and the legacy behind it. The hands also depicts that students are nurtured with love & care, so shall he/she be nourished in our institution.
Praphullita Pushp, which is basically Sanskrit word i.e. प्रफुल्लित पष्प signifies that our mentor’s wanted every one associated with us and especially the student’s to blossom happily and expand in all phases of life.
The Lotus Flower with petals reflects noble and higher aims of the institution. Lotus is also a sacred flower used for Saraswati Pooja. Maa Sharda is the Goddess of knowledge and wisdom. It symbolizes divinity, fertility, wealth, knowledge and enlightenment. It represents long life, honor, and good fortune. It is untouched by the impurity despite growing in mud. Every child is bestowed with lot of potentials & talents. The petals of the lotus denote the drawing out of those innate potentials. The lotus, our national flower, is a symbol of national integration. Our Indian culture is like a full-bloomed lotus that’s every petal or state reflects the diverse cultures of different types are welcome in our institution.
The water symbolizes dynamism, fluidity, purification, power and change, which reflect that we are dynamic and devoted in our work. It reflects that as water brings life to a flower, we are kind to have the power to give an enriched life to children who are little flowers in our school and one day they will be fully grown like the lotus flower with knowledge and power.
Lotus blooms as the Sun rises. The Sun symbolizes Teacher and the Lotus symbolizes the Student / Aspirant. The Teacher (Sun) with his Knowledge (Sunlight) makes the Student (Lotus) bloom. This etymological significance reiterates the message at the back of our mind that irrespective of the dire circumstances around oneself, there is every possibility of growth and success in life. Owing to the grace, love and affection of the Teacher, the Student blooms with knowledge. So, Lotus also stands to the “student’s receptiveness and right attitude”. It is this attitude of receptiveness, learning, humility, tenderness and respect towards the Teacher, which makes the student bloom into an all-round personality. Thus, the Student with such an all-round development endowed with divine virtues like power of discrimination, knowledge, humility, open-mindedness, ever-learning attitude, respect towards their teachers, preceptors and are like that of attitude of a Lotus. It’s the defining factor that keeps us ticking.

Blue inspires a sense of calm and spiritual awareness along with feelings of trust, a mystical borderland of wisdom, self-mastery and spiritual realization. The blue color of water signifies professionalism, freshness in our work with continuous learning and gentleness.
Pink has the ability to calm our emotions and encourage feelings of warmth and tenderness with love. It contains a sense of energy and cheer with a perception of soothing calm.
Green is the colour of nature, fertility and life. It also symbolizes wellbeing and balance. It also means learning, growth and harmony.
White implies purity in our work. It encourages feelings of reflection, and creativity. It creates a sense of inner peace and calm.
